Katherine Redmond
Katherine (Kathy) Redmond is currently an HR professional who works with local and regional companies in the areas of career transition, recruitment and HR Management. Kathy’s career spanned several years with the last sixteen years working specifically in Human Resources.
She has vast experience in the many facets of HR including performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and succession planning and also has broad experience as recruitment consultant.
Kathy was previously an HR Business Partner for a large national telecommunications organization where she participated in and contributed to the HR strategy and business planning process for client groups and led the discussions on human capital challenges. She managed and delivered core HR programs to senior leaders and employees.
